Cheer Fort Lauderdale (CFTL) is an All-Volunteer Nonprofit Cheerleading Organization comprised of LGBTQ+ and ally adults. This type of organization helps provide an outlet for adults interested in charity through their love of cheerleading. At each performance we raise funds for local charities and through generous donations of spectators, we raise money to donate to local charities predominantly in the LGBTQ+ community in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. Founded in June 2021, Cheer Fort Lauderdale is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Florida. In October 2021, the Internal Revenue Services approved our nonprofit status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
