Born in January 2012 Cadence Partners had a simple mission, in fact it was more than a mission, we had a dream. Our dream was to create an executive search firm that broke the mould of rigid, bias riddled recruitment to re-address the balance of diversity in leadership roles. As a team comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds, we know first-hand, the creativity, profitability & value a wide range of perspectives and experience adds to an organisation.
