STAMCO, which began operations in1949, many long-term employees and a 30,000 sq. ft. facility. Initially, the firm serviced the local printing industry, but over the years STAMCO has diversified into a number of different markets including designing & building dies, molds, and tooling, oil and gas, aerospace, forestry, mining, medical, and many more. STAMCO comprised of two divisions including: STAMCO Machining,and STAMCO Punch Press. STAMCO Machining provides a variety of services including four-axis CNC turning and CNC milling, CNC wire and sinker EDM, CNC waterjet cutting, welding, repair & fabrication, conventional machining, surface grinding, design and CAD/CAM services. STAMCO Punch Press division provides a single source solution ranging from single station tooling to multi-stage punch and dies-everythinSg from the initial design stage, prototyping, production and tooling maintenance. The division offers shear and press brake capabilities, as well as punch presses ranging from fine blanking up to 150 ton maximum load. The Punch Press Division also manufactures a variety of tags, labels, and data plates. STAMCO works with a wide variety of materials including mild and stainless steels, tool steels, Inconel, Hastelloy, aluminum, brass, various exotic alloys, plastics, and more. Typical part runs in the machining division range from one-offs and prototypes to 100 pieces, although larger part runs can easily be accommodated. STAMCO Punch Press typically runs on a larger scale, but smaller runs can be accomodated. The company is ISO 9001: 2015 certified.
