Home Field Advantage is a Non-Profit after school community sports project focused on leadership development in Southern California, specifically within Los Angeles and Orange County. Home Field Advantage will aid High School soccer players with a coaching education curriculum that will provide them the opportunity to put their knowledge into action by coaching an 8-week after school program at local Elementary Schools in their surrounding neighborhoods. Home Field Advantage applies a European club soccer structure to the American educational sports system.
