Dave had spent many years helping young people throughout South Yorkshire, and Help A Child Have A Chance exists to continue to improve young peoples lives. Operating throughout Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster and Chesterfield. Help A Child Have A Chance provides seed funds, one off payments and benefits for organisations, families and carers seeking to assist children who are impoverished fiscally, physically or educationally. To provide funds, one off payments and benefits for gifted children who require development funds for specialist skills that they have, such as sports or musical prowess. To provide funds, one off payments and benefits to families and organisations who support high dependency children and children who are terminally ill, so that the child may benefit, through experiential activities or the provision of appliances that alleviate the child’s suffering. To provide funds, one off payments and benefits to the carers, families and organisations that support children, so that the support group may take recreational breaks from caring for the children. To provide funds, one off payments and benefits to the carers, families and organisations that support children, so that the support group may train or advance their knowledge in such a manner that will benefit the children in their care.
