We import directly from Scandinavia or produce our products in North America using original Scandinavian recipes and tradition. Our product line includes the SCANDIC brand of Swedish cheeses, specialty Swedish cheeses, the SKANSEN brand of herring, and the BEYOND GOURMET brand of environmentally-friendly unbleached paper products for cooking and baking. We are a family-owned company that has been in business since 1928. The company is presently owned and operated by the Olsson family's third generation, with the family's fourth generation working for A.V. Olsson as well. A.V. Olsson has nearly 90 years of experience in importing food products into the American market. Our products are distributed nationally to retailers and foodservice outlets, supported by our proven supply chain and history of operational excellence.
