Started out of the NYSM (Not Your Sugar Mamas) Café on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, the line of superfood raw chocolate quickly grew to have a cult following and wide distribution in the New England area. The company wrote the cookbook “Chocolate Every Day” (Penguin Randomhouse) in 2017. Recognizing the consumer need for living and delicious foods, the island eatery expanded its offerings and the obsession for our plant-based cheeses began.
