How we help: EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP As we help build the future of work, we partner with small business founders and nonprofits to develop a customized engagement focused on teams and technology to improve the reach and impact of their products, programs and services. We support executive teams with strategic plan implementation, community engagement and leadership development. COMMUNITY INITIATIVES We partner with government, small business and nonprofit institutions to design and lead initiatives focused on economic development and entrepreneurship. In particular, we focus on Black business owners and the resources needed to support business creation, sustainability ENTERPRISE WIDE DIVERSITY We partner with executive teams to discover, understand and build consensus around the current state in order to develop a realistic and achievable plan that will improve the company’s ability to hire, retain and advance the careers of more people of color and over time will contribute to more diversity at all levels. STUDENT CAREER PREPARATION We partner with college and university leadership to make their institution more relevant to their local business community developing a plan to graduate students better prepared to meet business current and future needs.
