The focus of Vantage Sport Psychology Group is the total athlete. This encompasses increasing his or her adaptive functioning in and outside the sporting venue. It is our belief that the each athlete has the capacity for optimal performance and that barriers impede the athlete from that level. Vantage Sport Psychology Group, LLC works toward meeting the athlete’s individual needs and helps the individual recognize and deconstruct the barriers impeding improved performance. The assessment and education of mental or psychological skills serve to enhance the athletes’ performance to a higher degree of functioning by utilizing newly acquired psychological skills.
