A boutique whisky hotel which is located in the heart of Speyside with a bounty of 60 distilleries within a 50 mile radius. Our Spirit Safe whisky bar is home to a carefully curated collection of over 500 whiskies, 60 gins, and our very own Toots' Ale. In 2021 we are gearing up to launch our 'Farm to Fork' menu which focuses sourcing the best quality produce directly from our local producers all within a 60 mile radius.
