Growth initiatives and transformation projects I conduct the planning and implementation of growth initiatives and transformation projects according to the objectives of my clients. Evaluating objectively the situations and their consequences for current and future scenarios, I intervene from the evaluation (top-down and/or bottom-up), the definition and the execution of the strategy up to the optimization of the operational business development, through the improvement of skills, processes as well as interdisciplinary and intercultural cooperation. Interim Management I temporarily fulfill the roles and responsibilities of a vacant leadership position, until a permanent solution can be implemented. Operational in a matter of days, I provide flexible support to relieve the company's executives of responsibilities they cannot assume simultaneously.
