Groundswell brings together artists, youth and communities in partnership to use art as a tool for social change. Each year, we work with more than 800 youth, 20 artists and dozens of community organizations to create high-quality public art projects that beautify neighborhoods, explore important social concerns and give voice to ideas and perspectives that are under-represented in the public dialogue.
