The Counselor Education Program at UW-Whitewater provides two emphases in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. Our graduate-level training prepares students to counsel in a variety of clinical or school settings. Dedicated faculty members lead our innovative, student-centered program and are committed to helping students grow in their academic, personal and clinical knowledge and skills Mission: To prepare professional counselors who advocate for social justice and apply their knowledge and skills to develop effective counseling relationships that serve to improve the human condition.
