The Hugos Group has expanded to include Hugos Catering and Hugos Team Building Events, catering for the corporate and high-end private sectors. Owners, David Evans, Daniel Vaughan and David Corsi, all have a passion and dedication for providing extraordinary food and service in unforgettable venues. The trio met each other while working in the Melbourne restaurant scene back in 1986. Dave Evans and Daniel were both chefs and Dave Corsi was the front of house manager. After two years of working together and becoming best mates, they teamed up to open their first venue, The Lager Bar in Fitzroy Street, St Kilda and the rest is history.
