Hugos Lounge & Hugos Bar Pizza in Kings Cross, Hugos Manly, Hugos Bondi and Brighton’s Pantry are renowned venues in Sydney and Melbourne. These uniquely designed spaces are perfect for our relaxed Australian lifestyle, fusing urban sophistication with comfort and simply beautiful food. The Hugos Group has expanded to include Hugos Catering and Hugos Team Building Events, catering for the corporate and high-end private sectors. Owners, David Evans, Daniel Vaughan and David Corsi, all have a passion and dedication for providing extraordinary food and service in unforgettable venues. The trio met each other while working in the Melbourne restaurant scene back in 1986. Dave Evans and Daniel were both chefs and Dave Corsi was the front of house manager. After two years of working together and becoming best mates, they teamed up to open their first venue, The Lager Bar in Fitzroy Street, St Kilda and the rest is history. The Hugos Group has been consistently recognised by its peers over the years claiming some of the most prestigious bar and restaurant accolades, including seven Sydney Morning Herald chef’s hats, Best Restaurant in Australia, Best Nightclub in Australia, Best Small Caterer in Australia & Best Bar in Australia.
