My name is Rachel Mims (she/her). I try my best provide you with a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment in order to facilitate mental, emotional, physical and spiritual healing. I have a passion for working with veterans because I too am a veteran. I served in the U.S. Army for 10.5 years. Most of my clients have experienced trauma and I enjoy helping them decrease symptoms and get back out into the world and interact with other people. I am an art therapist and I love to help people find their inner artist. I believe in a holistic approach so I also offer horticulture therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I focus on meeting you where you are and providing you with what you need to see improvement in your life. Together we will develop goals and a plan to help you achieve your dreams.
