Inserve Australia owns three businesses: • Construct Services (https://www.constructservices.com/) is one of Australia’s largest insurance building repair companies and has been operating since 1989. It is a registered builder and through a national team of building supervisors, a 24/7 customer call centre and its Ensureflow insurance workflow technology, it delivers building repair services to insurance companies, loss adjusters and brokers through its network of 1,500+ vetted quality trade persons. We are a national business and service all major states in Australia. • Companion IT (http://www.companionit.net/) developed the Ensureflow insurance claims management workflow system (http://www.ensureflow.com.au/), initially for Construct Services. Ensureflow is now sold to a number of third parties and is considered the market leader in providing work flow systems to the insurance building repair sector, connecting Construct Services and our external users to insurance clients and our sub-contractor trade base (over 5,000 sub-contractors use Ensureflow). Companion IT also manages and supports the state of the art customer call centre technology • Collective Trade Services will facilitate the provision of trade services to retail trade customers (https://www.collectivetradeservices.com.au/). It is currently under development and is due for release in early 2019.
