Our approach to achieving the best quality in England is that of negociant, which enables us to focus on achieving the perfect blend. We create long-term relationships with the best vineyards across English wine country (typically Kent, Sussex and Hampshire) to ensure a supply of only the finest quality berries. This diversity allows us to achieve our hallmark richness of flavour and texture. Our vineyard partners are selected according to the meticulous standards they employ. OUR SPARKLING WINE Digby launched its inaugural vintage of sparkling wines from 2009 at a summer garden party on the Bowls Lawn in London's Hyde Park. This frolicsome event was held on 30 July 2013. The 2009 vintage consists of the Decanter silver-winning 2009 Reserve Brut and the 2009 Vintage Rose Brut. The wines are available to purchase in Selfridges (London, Birmingham, Manchester), Hedonism Wines (Mayfair), Vagabond Wines (Fulham and Charlotte Street) and Wine Pantry (Borough Market). One can also enjoy them at Restaurant Story, La Trompette, Charlottes Bistro, Pall Mall Fine Wines and Gillray's Bar & Steakhouse.
