E4 Youth uses the arts, sciences and technology to bridge the gap for underserved teens into the creative economy. By nurturing the creative genius of underserved teens through the four E’s of Engagement, Education, Employment and Entrepreneurship, E4 Youth is building a bridge into the creative economy. E4 Youth works with local schools, colleges and employers to identify overlooked creative teens. We help them cultivate workplace skills and build capacity through Employability Curriculum and after school enrichment projects. We put them to work through job shadowing, internship and apprenticeship opportunities and assist them as they transition to college, career and entrepreneurial endeavors.
