MainSpring and its affiliated companies have acquired or developed projects throughout the United States, including Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, Portland, Los Angeles, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Harrisburg, and, most recently, Indianapolis. While its principals have deep experience in the acquisition, development and operation of office and industrial buildings, they also have experience with master-planned residential communities, golf course development and operations, and retail development. One current notable project, Pima Center, is a 225 acre business park on the Salt River Pima Maricopa Community (near Scottsdale, Arizona) on a long term ground lease with 485,570 s.f. of industrial buildings and 982,510 s.f. of office buildings. Projects currently in development, under construction or recently developed include a two-building, 100,000 s.f. light industrial project in Denver, a two-building, 150,000 s.f. light industrial project in Phoenix and a mixed-use, hotel and retail project at Pima Center.
