Lino Srl was founded in 1988 by Carlo Caffa, fifth-generation of a family that for 150 years has been working the Hazelnut of Piemonte and of which it is part of its history. Today the legacy of Carlo Caffa has been collected by the family, with an entirely female leadership that continues the tradition of this company. Since its inception the company produces semi-finished Hazelnuts products: hazelnut grain, hazelnut flour, and hazelnut paste for the ice cream and pastry industry. The mission is excellence in quality, therefore, during the whole processing chain from purchase of raw hazelnuts selected to a semi-finished product, the product undergoes accurate checks and a guaranteed analysis which is carried out by External institutional laboratories to provide absolute transparency.
