StArt Youth Presenting Art looks at the connection between the Arts and community. We are creating an environment where residents from Scarborough's diverse communities can come together, be engaged and celebrate the talents of Scarborough's young emerging artists. The festival will provide youth with a platform from which they will be able to express themselves and truly speak to their community.
