'Joanne is a highly skilled Human Resource professional with over 20 years of expertise.  She has worked within private equity backed organisations, advising on mergers and acquisitions and preparing due diligence information.   Joanne has extensive experience of operating across multi-site businesses and negotiating with Trade Unions at a local, regional and national level.  She is adept at managing complex cases and experienced in all aspects of dispute resolution.   Joanne is also an experienced assessor, using the Hogan suite of assessments to inform executive recruitment and selection decisions and to nurture and develop key talent.  She holds an MA in Strategic Human Resource Management, is a Fellow of the CIPD and is currently studying for her MBA.
