The Saugatuck Yacht Club (SYC) is a seasonal, privately held yacht club that was established in 1934 with a focus on sailing and sailboat racing. Along with its Sailing School, SYC has since expanded and now has a significant number of social and recreational activities. The Club is governed and managed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership and has a strong volunteer Committee structure.
