Euro Sino Invest (ESI) is an experienced investor and developer of real estate projects with German roots yet primarily operating in China. Its roots can be traced back to the year 2007, where Euro Sino Invest was established as a Chinese subsidiary to manage the investment activities of the Tucher family and other institutional investors in China. ESI specializes on investments in the Chinese real estate sector and focuses on the so called 2nd tier cities. These cities of “second rank”, of which about two dozen are Chinese metropolitan areas with a population of over one million, are currently in the growth stage and promise attractive yield opportunities. Thereby, ESI covers the entire value chain, from the acquisition of land to the actual construction and the sale of the units.
