Verdi is a Canadian agriculture technology startup building the platform to help global agriculture adapt to climate change. Due to outdated and inefficient irrigation infrastructure, water is running out for agriculture, an industry accounting for 70% of global water usage. Our proprietary technology augments legacy irrigation systems with plant-level healthcare and automation capabilities, allowing farmers to dramatically improve crop productivity and reduce water risk. Verdi works with the world’s largest and most well-known food and beverage brands to bring climate-resilient operations to their fields.
