Axia is an innovative breeding company, specialised in creating vegetable seeds for protected crops. We run a dedicated program for heated greenhouses, with or without artificial light. Our breeding programme is characterised by a strong focus at taste and healthy ingredients, with a very high yield. The philosopy behind the start of Axia is a strong drive to create new and innovative vegetable hybrids, that excel in the fields of both quantity as well quality. In other words: this means an exceptional taste and a surplus of healthy ingredients in good harmony with a very interesting high yield. In order to realise this ambition we use the latest techniques and facilities in the field of research and development. In our state-of-the-art research centre in Naaldwijk a team of highly experienced professionals collaborates in developing and breeding new varieties, that are a promise for the future. In addition we run a major tomato breeding programme in our branches in China, Thailand and Italy. The office and greenhouse are located in Naaldwijk.
