Thunder Ltd (Gateshead Thunder) is a professional rugby league club based in the North East of England, currently competing in Kingstone Press Championship One. The company, led by Chairman Bill Midgley OBE and Chief Executive Keith Christie, operates out of Gateshead International Stadium - a multi-purpose, all-seater arena which has hosted national and international events, including international athletics, rugby, and many major rock and pop concerts.
