TODAY WE INVEST IN HER... SO THAT ONE DAY THE WORLD MAY BE LED BY HER. Our mission is to mobilize business schools, companies and the entrepreneurial ecosystem to promote and accelerate the entrepreneurial journey of 30 women who have suffered from violence by giving them the tools, opportunities and skills to succeed in their entrepreneurial projects. Along with ESCP Europe and the IÉSEG School of Management we created a program of courses, workshops and individual mentoring. The program as a whole was created to transform the talents, passions and experiences of the women we support into true entrepreneurial skills to allow them to seize their full potential. Mentors help each woman capitalize on her own skills and talents, understand what she wishes to achieve, and to put into place the neces- sary steps for her project. Throughout the duration of the year mentors and mentees will draft and follow a short term and long term professional plan that builds on each woman’s strengths and experiences to enter a specific career path that will lead towards the realization of her entrepreneurial ambition.
