Indus Creations is a Media/Performance arts group based out of Seattle, USA, founded in 2005. It comprises a bunch of tech expats from India, primarily software engineers and technology leaders who work for companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google,Facebook etc. who passionately devote their time for performance arts and doing their bit to help out folks back home in India. Through its various theatre shows and film productions Indus has helped raise over $300,000(~2 crore Indian rupees) for various charity organizations focusing on welfare initiatives in India. The team has produced more than 10 major theatre shows and numerous short films, some of which have been screened in film festivals around the world. “Navam” won the best film at the Bay Area Film Association short film competition and “Odam” won numerous International Film Festival awards. Few of the noted theatre and film productions of Indus Creations include Aranmanai Siruvayalil(2006), Kadavul Vandhirundhar(2007), Ragasiya Snehidiyae (2008) , London Express(2009), Iru Lives Oru Story(2010), Chakravyugam(2011), Ulle Veliye(2012), Ninaithale Nadakum(2014), Chidambara Ragasiyam(2015), Chevva Dhosham(2017), Odam(2018), Narivettai(2018) & Navam(2018). Indus Creations is proud to venture into it’s first Kollywood production “VellaiPookal” partnering with Tentkotta.
