Wellness for Children provides education by giving free workshops in schools, libraries, and other public venues. Wellness for children also utilizes social media channels and digital media (e.g. our website) to provide resources and educational tools around topics ranging from yoga to breathing exercises, mindfulness awareness, and proper nutrition. Our programs include sending out ambassadors to raise awareness about our cause and holding fundraising events which provide immediate relief and assistance to children throughout New York.
