The Aimsir Group is an aviation consultancy group of professionals based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Nassau, Bahamas. One of our goals is to recruit aspirational pilots and prepare them for a career in commercial aviation. Our responsibilities include career day recruitment at local high schools and placement of potential candidates at Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved Part 121 and Part 61 flight schools in the United States of America (USA). We will guide the candidates from start to finish. We will work closely with our network of flight schools to train individuals to be proficient and skilled. Additionally, the Aimsir Group provides mentorship to candidates to help build communication skills and promote critical thinking. We are a part of a vast network of aviation professionals, including but not limited to aviation attorneys, aircraft mechanics, and aviation safety inspectors in the United States and the Bahamas.
