Vitalifit’s virtual fitness and nutrition coaching enables our clients to create successful lifestyle change on their own terms. Whether for fitness, nutrition or both, our coaching programs are designed to achieve short-term goals, while establishing the skills needed to make those changes permanent. Every program is personalized and may be performed at the convenience of the client, at a fraction of the cost of in-person training. Our Coach Jason Bacigalupo holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Georgia State University, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach as well. Jason coaches an array of clients including athletes, special populations, and those who seek to improve their overall health and wellness. This breadth of experience has taught him the value of individually tailored programs and their ability to drive positive results. No two programs are the same, because no two clients are the same.
