The Company "MICHIELOTTO SERVICE SRL" is the result of a contractor activity undertaken, in the year 1934, by Mr. Rino MICHIELOTTO as an individual enterprise. The present Company was founded in 1990, succeeding the enterprise "OFFICINA MECCANICA MICHIELOTTO s.a.s.", in consequence of the generations' turnover. MICHIELOTTO SERVICE SRL (MGS) has got in a very short time, both, the acquired know-how and, the management qualities, a prominent position in the field where it acts, meeting always and anyway its own engagements with regard to the clients, the suppliers, the financial institutions and the economic system in general. Up to today the Company is one of the main enterprises which operate in the field of special hoisting machines and it is particularly specialized in the manufacturing of overhead travelling cranes, gantry cranes, travel lifts and dock arms, of every kind and capacity. MGS’s core business is the engineering design and the realization of machines, based on technical specifications of the Client. Till 1991, besides the manufacturing of hoisting machines, MGS has been carrying out an after-sales service and maintenance/special repair activity, both, its own machines and, hoisting apparatuses in general (motorization of hook blocks, winches, speed increase, etc.). MGS can provide erection supervision, maintenance and operation training, Client’s personal, all over the World. Among its products marketed in Italy by MGS, there is also jib cranes, HB system and mobile gantry crane. MGS has been able to play a major role in Italy, even in the provision of "standard” lifting equipment.
