MovementRx Studio, located in Wynnewood PA, was founded by two good friends brought together 10 years ago by their mutual passion for yoga and wellness in every facet of life. Christine’s longtime love of sports, nutrition and career path in physical therapy coupled with Irina’s science, nutrition and “fitness class connoisseur “ status, brought MovementRx Studio to fruition. Their mission is to provide a safe, fun and dynamic environment with teachers who are highly experienced and educated in the movement arts, but also bring a wealth of life experience to the table. We have a diverse and dynamic team that will educate, motivate and guide you to a stronger and more vibrant you. All levels and ages are welcome and we will always take care to understand what you are looking for in an exercise class and steer you in the right direction. Think about what brings you JOY.
