(WHMIS, HPA/CPR, CCCR 2001, FHSA, CPSC, CPL, REACh, NOHSC, HCS 2012, OSHA) Providing useful advice to clients on many other complex legislatory initiatives including: Canadian trade secret requirements for SDS filed with Health Canada under the HMIRA, new substance notification requirements in Canada and Australia (NSN, NICNAS), TDG, applications for non-food chemicals, etc. Preparation and delivery of hazcom training programs. Placement and monitoring of testing programs.
