Privately-owned and founded by a family from the historical city of Yazd (recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO), Espinas is a collection of hotels based from Persian traditional and modern cultured hospitality. In 2002, Espinas Hotel Group unfolds its first key in Astara, a city in the capital of Astara County, Gilan Province, Iran. Espinas Persian Gulf is the second hotel, strategically located in the city centre operated in January 2009 which was later on brand repositioned on June 2020 into Espinas International Hotel at the Boulevard, Tehran.
