Soepermarkt is a boutique A&R-driven music management & publishing company founded by Jochem Tromp in 2010. Jochem Tromp's career spans over 20 years working in the music industry, including Warner Music Benelux & Dox Records. Jochem made his hobby work by being a music lover at first, then DJ, and next to managing Soepermarkt and his roster, hosting a bi-monthly podcast about the Dutch music industry, and is a regular guest speaker. Besides his passion for and work in music Jochem is a dad of 2 daughters, and loves everything about food & cooking.
