Howard Park Center is dedicated to meeting the developmental and educational needs of infants, young children, teens and their families, with specific attention to children with mild-to-severe developmental delays. Our mission is to provide all children, regardless of their abilities, with a strong foundation to learn, grow and attain their highest potential. Howard Park Center offers seven different educational and therapeutic programs including, an inclusion preschool, an elementary school for children with special needs, aqua therapy, the Pediatric Partnership Program (physical, occupational, speech and developmental therapy), Relationship Development Intervention,™ Splinting and Casting, and an Extended Day Program
