Founded on 1st April 1999, initially to provide specialist acquisition, planning and management services to the telecommunications industry. The Company is also able to provide management and valuation advice over a wider range of commercial property types. Between them the two founding directors, Victoria Needham BSC (Hons) MRICS and Jonathan Haddrell BSc (Hons) MRICS have 40 years experience in the telecommunications industry combined with a number of years working in a general practice surveying environment.
