PTSF is the accrediting body for trauma centers in Pennsylvania. Our mission is optimal outcomes for all injured patients. In addition to accreditation we provide education to hospitals on trauma program development, trauma registry abstraction, and performance improvement. The PTOS trauma registry is our statewide database that has over one million trauma cases from accredited trauma centers. The data is used as part of the accreditation process and is available for use by researchers.
