We help our clients find investment opportunities, execute acquisitions and support investee companies and their management teams. We are buy side advisors. We don’t accept mandates to sell companies in which we don’t have a pre-existing equity stake. We are investors, not used company salesmen. We invest alongside our clients. Therefore, our incentives, mentality and advice are different to traditional corporate advisors.
