MyWay Digital Health is a University of Dundee spin out company. MyDiabetesMyWay (MDMW) our flagship product, has been running since 2008 across NHS Scotland, funded by the Scottish Government and is now being implemented in various sites in NHS England. MyWay Digital Health aim to transform diabetes care through implementation of MyDiabetesMyWay, which is a comprehensive self-management education platform and electronic personal health record (linking data across NHS sectors (primary and secondary care) with home recorded patient data, empowering people with diabetes to take ownership of their disease, data and treatment.
