My Consultancy & Ministry is committed to bridge the gaps within the Social Systems that are designed to help those who are struggling within the current social boundaries of ‘not enough resources’. These Gaps are where these Systems seem to fail the ones intended to be given assistance as the ‘Systems’ do not have the flexibility to shift quickly to allow for change. By bringing together these individuals in a unique way, that is, by forming a community of likeminded people, Our Consultancy ends the cycle “Just Surviving” by creating a new pattern of Thriving within each individual as they enter into the Newly Established Communities. Our Consultancy is teaching people how to share their unique skills with each other, to release their fears of failure, to trust in the inherent good of others who only desire safety & belonging so that they may thrive as a Tribal Community of One people. This pattern has been an effective approach though out History. Indeed, newly established Neurological Constructs have been Identified which allow for ease of application. What is different from the current Social Systems is Our Ability to instill trust in the skill of another; to be flexible in shifting available resources where the need is critical, not where apparently desired.
