The product range include cotton shopping bags, fashion bags, scarves, fashion accessories, and both industrial & corporate work-wear. Tarameen is owned by Tariq Marfani who is based in Manchester. A Cranfield Business graduate, Tariq had been an innovative textile importer from India & China & running his own company since 1986. Along with Samir Mehta a Manchester University Textile Technology graduate, they and their teams at Tarameen and Esteam bring a wealth of experience in sourcing ethically produced fabrics and high-performance textiles. Production at the Indian based factory is to a world-class standard and the site at Miraj in Sangli, Maharashtra is one of not just India’s but Asia’s leading ethically sound production units.
