Services we provide: 1. Operating list scheduling and surgical assisting calendar management 2. Providing custom informed financial consent to patients (pre-operative, where reasonably practicable) 3. Issuing invoices and receipts to patients, health funds, and other insurers for surgical assisting services 4. Receiving payments (both pre- and post-operative) in relation to surgical assisting services 5. Following-up payment of invoices for surgical assisting services for a period of up to 90 days from the date of the relevant invoice 6. Following approval from the Surgical Assistant, referring invoices aged more than 90 days to a debt collector chosen by SAGV
