The Federation of Environmental Technologists, Inc. (FET) was founded in 1982 as a 501(c)(3) exempt organization to assist industry in interpreting and complying with environmental regulations. Our membership is regional (Great Lakes Region) and is recognized throughout the country by other professional organizations for its participation in educational programs. Membership in FET is open to all industries, municipalities, organizations and individuals concerned with or involved in environmental regulations and compliance issues. There are individual, corporate, student, retiree and unemployed professional membership rates available. Our officers, chairs, speakers and instructors are all volunteers who are environmental professionals. FET has five regional Chapters that host chapter meetings, seminars and other events, including the Northeast Wisconsin Chapter, South Central Wisconsin Chapter, Southeast Wisconsin Chapter, Western Wisconsin Chapter and the Wisconsin CHMM Chapter.
