Assisted Independence is a new Type-32 Medicaid provider for individuals with the Family Support Waiver (FSW) and Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) Waiver. We provide the following services: Community Habilitation & Integration - Individual Participant Assistance & Care Residential Habilitation Services Respite Care Services Recreational Therapy Our mission is for our clients to live active and healthy lives at their homes and in their communities. As of now, we serve Bartholomew, Decatur, and Monroe counties.
