D-STAR Engineering is a U.S. based, developer and manufacturer of aerospace and defense parts and equipment, engages in research, design and development related to automotive, aerospace and propulsion / powers systems, with special focus on enabling technologies for defense forces of the present and future. Since 1993, D-STAR has developed some of the world’s smallest and lightest ‘heavy fuel’ piston engines and portable power systems. We have also demonstrated technologies for Nested Core Gas Turbine Engines, and are developing technologies for turbine engines and lift/thrust fans, air and ground vehicles and other aerospace / defense systems. D-STAR is a privately held Connecticut corporation.
