Result in an increase of: * Personal influence * Personal freedom * Outstanding results All our training programs are underpinned by three important fundamentals of success: 1. Mindset (beliefs, confidence and identity) 2. Actions (behaviour) 3. Skills (competencies, capabilities, resources) Participants work with own business cases instead of made-up role plays. They will practice until success has been experienced, leading to improved self confidence which will result in real change. The Sales model used by Improvement Profs, is the IMPACT-Decisionmodel® developed by Karlijn & Wim Vrolijk. The model displays the various mental stages a customer goes through before reaching a decision. Per stage, the model shows what mindset, skills and actions are required from the sales person to be (more) successful.
 The training is available in: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Arabic and Spanish. Specialties Sales- & Management training programs. By providing inspirational training sessions for teams, coaching on a one to one basis and organisational change programmes I create waves of change and improvement.
