She has been designated from Middle to Senior Management level positions & train people right from workman to CEO level position in her career and worked in various industries such as NBFC (Stock Broking), International Event Management, Outdoor Advertising, Construction, Building Material & Manufacturing etc. She is well versed with International & Domestic Recruitments along with Visa procedure & also has a good hold on all HR processes from Payroll Process, induction to exit along with all necessary statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC etc., she ensures to maintain décor of the organization along with grievance Management. In her career, she has handled Administration on pan India basis for branches & corporate office. She also handled Liasoning & drafting of Legal documentation along with Rental Agreements, new Branch setup & renewal of Licenses and tax payments. Her Advice & Suggestions was always appreciated & Implemented by the people, friends & family.
